How do I Opt Out of CourtCaseFinder Manually?
1) Go to the CourtCaseFinder homepage here: https://courtcasefinder.com/ Scroll down to the bottom of the homepage and click the YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES link.

2) Removal instructions will appear. Enter your first and last name, the state and city where you live and click SUBMIT.

3) Browse through the search results to find your record. Once you find your record, check the box under Select Record. Once the box is checked, a red Remove Data button will appear. Click the Remove Data button.
NOTE: If you have more than one record listed, you can return to the results page and select another record after Step 5 below.

4) A new window will open requesting your email address. Comment is optional. Enter your email address, complete the security CAPTCHA and then click Submit.

IMPORTANT: Whenever contacting a data broker, we highly recommend using a disposable email address, and NOT using your own primary email address. 5) An on screen notification will appear. Check your email to confirm your removal request. If you had multiple records in Step 3, click the Back to Result button and repeat Step 3, 4 and 5 until all of your records have been removed.

6) Check your inbox for an email from CourtCaseFinder. Open the email and click click here to verify your personal data removal request.

7) An on screen notification will appear to confirming your data removal request. Your data will be removed from the CourtCaseFinder website.

3) A Privacy Request Form will appear. Select the state where you are a resident from the drop down, then click the Myself and Delete My Information boxes, enter your first name, last name, email address, and enter the reason for your opt out in the Request Details box. Complete the security CAPTCHA and click the Submit button.

5) Open the email from CourtCaseFinder. Click the Confirm Email button to process your opt out.

6) Another on screen notification will appear confirming your opt out. Your data will be removed from the CourtCaseFinder website.
