How do I Opt Out of Data Trust Manually?
1) Go to the TheDataTrust.com website here: https://thedatatrust.com/. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the homepage and click the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link.
2) The Data Trust Consumer Privacy Request Form will open in a new window. Under the Select the Right You Want to Exercise section, click on Right to Delete. Complete the top part of the form by entering the information requested. After you have entered your phone number, go to Step 3.
IMPORTANT: Whenever contacting a data broker, we highly recommend using a disposable email address, and NOT using your own primary email address. Data brokers are known to add you to their marketing lists and databases whenever you contact them, even if the purpose is to opt out! For more info on Disposable Emails click here
3) In the lower part of the form you will see the question Are you an Authorized Agent? Click No, provide the reason for your opt out request, complete the security captcha, and then click Submit.
4. An on screen notification will appear. Data Trust will send you a verification email to confirm your identity and complete your opt out request.
5) Check your email inbox for an email message from Data Trust Compliance. Click the Confirm Email link to complete your opt out request.

6) Confirmation of your opt out will appear. Your information will be removed from TheDataTrust.com.
