1) Open a web browser and navigate to the ThatsThem website here: https://thatsthem.com/. Enter your first and last name and the city and state where you live into their search engine and click Search.
2) Locate your personal information from the search results that appear. Copy your name, address, and phone number as it is displayed on your record.
NOTE: If more than one record containing your personal information appears, you can opt out multiple times using the information displayed in each of your records in the ThatsThem opt out form. Multiple records might appear if you have lived in more than one location. Repeat Steps 1 through 5 for each personal record that appears from your search results.
3) Scroll down to the bottom of the webpage, find the Optout link and click it.
4) The ThatsThem opt out form will appear. Paste your personal information from Step 2 above into the appropriate fields. Complete the security CAPTCHA and then click Submit.
