I have not had any problems with Optery. I now feel a lot safer with all my info not floating around out there. take it a step further and use duckduckgo, proton mail and vpn, p.o. boxes, fake/spam email accounts to sign up for things, unlist cell phone number through fcc, buy a house undisclosed/unlisted.
