How do I Opt Out of OpenPeopleSearch Manually if I am a California Resident?
1) To begin your opt out, navigate to the OpenPeopleSearch website here: https://openpeoplesearch.com/. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the Remove My Info link.
2) In the next window that appears, click START under the Remove My Info information paragraph.
3) You will be asked to select the state where you live from the drop down box. Select California and then click CONTINUE. If you are NOT a resident of California, follow the opt out instructions provided after Step 9.
4) Privacy Law information will be provided. Click GOT IT, CONTINUE.
5) In the next window, you will be asked to verify your identity. Click on the + to enter the information requested in each area. Then click KNOW MY DATA.
6) Your personal data will displayed. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page, and click DELETE ALL.
NOTE: If your data was not found on the OpenPeopleSearch website, you will have the option to opt out of the future sharing of your personal information. Click the CONTINUE TO OPT-OUT button if your data is not displayed.
7) Your personal data will be deleted from the OpenPeopleSearch site. You have the option to opt out of the future sharing of your personal information. Click CONTINUE TO OPT-OUT.
8) Click on the + to enter the information requested in each area. Then click OPT-OUT MY INFO.
9) Confirmation of your opt out will appear. Click DONE.
How do I Opt Out of OpenPeopleSearch Manually if I am not a resident of California?
