1) Go to the AnalyticsIQ website here: https://analytics-iq.com. Scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and click the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link.
2) The AnalyticsIQ request form will open. Select the request type that applies to you.
3) Complete the form by entering the requested information. Enter the security code and then click Submit.
NOTE: The Authorized Agent field has a drop-down option. Select No from the options.

5) Check your email inbox for an email from AnalyticsIQ and open it. Click the Confirm Email button within the email.
6) An on screen message confirming your opt out request will appear.
7) AnalyticsIQ will send another email with your opt out status. Your information will be removed from the Analytics-IQ.com website.
