The quarterly PDF "removal progress report" provides AMAZING visibility into what exactly they're actually doing, and even showed me that my personal info was being listed on many lookup-sites that I didn't even know existed! The Optery system uses screenshots in their reports to really show you first hand what information about you is out there, and then after their removal, demonstrates that it no longer shows up. Now that's a great service!
